    Baseline Health Analysis and Blood/Glucose Test Provided by NEXT | HEALTH, Private Accommodations (4 nights/5 days), Daily Guided Hikes, Daily Afternoon Fitness Class, Daily Restorative, Yoga and Mobility Sessions , Daily Spiritual Sessions, Daily Massage (Three 50-minute Calamigos Signature Massages), Evening Nutrition and Fitness Counseling, Organic, Longevity-based Meals, Access to Cold Plunges and Infrared Sauna, Renew Retreat Welcome Kit: Tote, Branded Apparel, Water Bottle, Gym Towel

  • Do I get to choose my daily schedule?

    Renew Retreat’s structured wellness program is designed to take the thinking and planning out of the agenda, allowing you to fully unwind and disconnect. If you’d like to enhance your program with more spa services or offerings at Calamigos Ranch Resort & Spa, add-on services are available at an additional cost.

  • Do you serve animal protein?

    Renew Retreat offers a plant-based diet free of gluten, dairy, and refined sugars.

  • Is the program focused on weight loss?

    The program is focused on a full body and mind rejuvenation, which often leads to weight loss during the program. 

  • Do you allow children to attend the program? What's the age limit?

    Yes, we do allow children 16 and older.

  • Do you allow pets?

    We do allow pets on property, but pets are not allowed during hikes, fitness classes, any meal times, or any other part of the Renew program to be respectful of all attending guests.

  • Can I extend my stay after the program is completed?

    Yes, you can extend your stay with one of our customized Renew Extension programs to continue your wellness journey.
